Mon Mini Devotional: Luck

Luck is a belief in good or bad fortune in life caused by accident or chance which happens beyond a person's control.  Jesus said that the hairs on your head are numbered(Matthew Chapter 10).  The prophet Jeremiah said that you were shaped from conception by God for a purpose.  Proverbs 16:33 says that every decision is from the Lord.  So you can be lucky or faithful to Jesus...not both.

So when you say, "Good Luck"...it's an insult to His Word.
